Shipping Policy

I will post your order within 3 working days*, subject to availability.
Orders are shipped with UPS/ Parcel Motel until 25/01/2022, An Post or Parcel Connect
. Standard, Registered and Express shipping are calculated by weight.

For orders with shampoo bars (with or without other items), shipping is €23 - DPD, GLS or UPS.
For orders with skin and hair care accessories only (no shampoo bars), shipping is €14 - An Post.
An Post does not allow shampoo bars in international parcels.

Delivery time within Europe is up to 8 working days from dispatch. Please note that shipping to Germany is not available anymore.


Shampoo bars can be delivered to the Republic or Ireland and Europe only to be compliant with cosmetic product law. However, our skincare and haircare accessories can be delivered worldwide. Please send us an email to place an order or head to our Etsy store.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.



All pre-ordered items are made after the order has been placed and before the scheduled delivery date. You can find the shipping date in the product description. Payment for pre-orders must be made at checkout. Please DO NOT order if you are unable to wait.

(*)In the event you purchase in the same order in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all the pre-ordered items are available.

In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, I will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to continue with your order, I will cancel the order and issue a full refund. 


Returns Policy

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

* Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

* Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

* Cancellation: 14 days of delivery.


Returns requests must be made in writing or by email to within 14 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. I might also ask for pictures of the products. No returns are acceptable without Justine le Guil prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Justine Le Guil products are handmade. There may be slight differences in colour, shape and weight due to this nature, the buyer accepts this when the order is placed.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

* Custom or personalised orders

* Gift cards

* Digital downloads

* Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)



Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or PayPal account again. Then, please contact your bank or PayPal.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email within 14 days of delivery at Once your request is approved by email, please send your item to Justine Le Guil Ground Floor, 71 Baggot Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
