Planning a Vegan Christmas while we expect the unexpected
A few years ago, I wrote a similar post when I was a vegetarian here. This Christmas will be pretty unusual due to the health measures and, we cannot be 100% sure to see our loved ones. Let's share a list of online vegan recipes I would love to do this Christmas. At the end of the post, you will find a list of online stores which offer great vegan food - it would be wise to keep stuff in the freezer in case we get stuck at home or just too lazy to cook anything.
