An Easy and Natural Hair Mask
Nigella Oil - Tulsi Powder - Aloe Vera Gel - Tea Tree Essential Oil
I love taking the time to do a DIY face mask once a week. Unfortunately, acne stayed with me as a grown-up so I often use Tulsi powder and tea tree essential oil in my masks and scrubs. If your skin is the same, this recipe is for you!
Nigella oil is really good to repair and purify the skin. This oil has also nourishing and regenerating powers. The Tulsi powder is soothing, cleanses and purifies your skin. As you probably already know, Aloe Vera is an excellent moisturiser, is also purifying and is a source of vitamins for your skin such as vitamins A, B12, C and E. Finally, tea tree essential oil is antibacterial. (Source: Aroma-zone website).

Ingredents: 1 tbsp Nigella oil 1.5 tea spoon Tulsi powder 1 tea spoon aloe vera gel 1 drop tea tree essential oil .................. Instructions: Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl. Don't forget to make sure your equipment is disinfected and your hands washed. Apply it on your face and neck for 5 minutes ans rinse well. The skin might be greasy after so just wash your face with your usual soap/cleansing product.
Don't hesitate to share what ingredients you use to treat acne and what you think of this recipe in the comments.
